Saraswati Science Higher Secondary School and Saraswati Degree Science College provide quality and object oriented guidance in the field of Secondary School education (under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Govt. of Odisha) and Degree Science Education (under Utkal University) respectively.
Being situated in the heart of the City at Arunodoya Market, Link Road, Cuttack it is just 0.5 KM away from Badambadi Govt. Bus Stand and 2.5 Km away from the Railway Station. The main campus isat Trisulia, Belgachhia, Cuttack.
The College accepts Day Scholars as well as Hostel Boarders. Both Girls and Boys hostel are located adjacent to the campus. Hostel boarders can have a safe and secure stay as the hostels are monitored 24×7 by wardens and Hostel Superintendent .
Day boarders can avail transport facility and lunch facility offered by the College with charges as applicable.

We Are Providing The Best Quality A Day -Cum Residential Facilities
Student care approach of the College is unique.
All the students have access to teachers of all subjects From 7 AM in the morning to 9.00 PM in the evening for consultation. While regular classes are held from 7 AM to 2.30 PM, doubt clearing classes and entrance oriented classes are held in the evening. Academic activity of all students are evaluated on weekly basis and the marks are communicated to the parents for reference. For weak students Parent Teacher Meeting(PTM) is arranged and the students are given additional time slot for extra care.
A Proctor System is in place where a teacher is kept in charge of a small group of students. The Proctor monitors the performance of the students in his/her group, solves any problem faced by the student by arranging extra classes if required and keeps in touch with their parents.
A hostel boarder’s activity is monitored 24×7. Study time and rest time is well managed so that students can only focus on their studies. Students outing is allowed sparingly only with guardians or wardens. Small issues in health are addressed by the College or local Govt. Dispensary. Emergency cases are forwarded to the hospital and parents are informed immediately.
